Santo Fileccia is the Founder and Head Coach of Unrivalled Basketball Academy and a Basketball Australia Level 3 High Performance Accredited Coach. With extensive experience across high-performance pathways, Santo has coached at the NBL1, Big V, and Vic Metro Girls programs, while also serving as a coach within Basketball Victoria’s SPP, SDP, and FDP pathways, as well as the National Performance Program (NPP) with Basketball Australia.

Throughout his coaching career, Santo has worked with athletes ranging from developing juniors to elite performers, including Australian Opals, NBL1 athletes, and NCAA college players. His coaching philosophy combines elite standards, individualised development, and a genuine passion for helping athletes maximise their potential both on and off the court.
