Small group training is designed for athletes at every stage of development, creating a high energy environment where players can learn, compete, and improve together. These sessions cater to everyone from domestic and school-level athletes building strong fundamentals, through to junior representative players refining their skills, and elite performers competing at NBL1, Big V, and international levels. With a focus on individual growth within a competitive group setting, athletes are challenged through game-realistic drills, skill development, and decision making under pressure, all while benefiting from the intensity and accountability that comes from training alongside others.

Small group training is designed for 3-8 athletes, creating the perfect balance between individual development and competitive gameplay. These sessions allow for high level, game realistic work including 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4 situations, along with advantage and disadvantage scenarios that challenge decision-making, spacing, and execution under pressure. With fewer athletes on the court, each player receives more touches, feedback, and responsibility, accelerating development while still replicating the demands of real game environments.
